・Come and Join the Workshop held by World Heart Federation!
The WHF Writers Workshop will be held as a joint meeting of the 16th APCC on December 13th in Taipei International Convention Center.
The main objectives of this workshop are as following:
1. Teach participants to learn how various articles are structured and how to organize the writing, making optimal use of facilities to search the literature
2. Teach participants to become familiar with the review process and how to respond to the reviewers’ comments
3. Teach participants to learn about the electronic features of Elsevier’s site for Prevention and Control
4. Teach participants to prepare/review a draft outline for a scientific article (time-permitting)
There will be three excellent invited speakers sharing their valuable experiences with all the attendees: Dr. Andy Wielgosz, the Editor-in-Chief of official Journal of the World Heart Federation; Dr. Joaquin Barnoya, the Editorial Board member of Official Journal of the World Heart Federation; and Mr. Richard Henderson, who’s from Elsevier Publishing Co.
